Lavender Essential Oil: Lavandula angustifolia/lavandula intermedia (lavender) oil. Bulgaria & France

Neroli 3%: Essential Oil: Citrus aurantium var. amara (neroli) oil in jojoba base. Egypt

Rosemary Essential Oil: Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) oil. Morroco

Lemon Essential Oil: Citrus limonum (lemon) oil. Argentina

Clove bud Essential Oil: Eugenia caryophyllus bud (Clove bud) oil. Indonesia

Vetiver Essential Oil: Vetiveria zizanoides (Chrysopogon zizanioides) roots (Vetiver) oil. Indonesia

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Massage: use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml/3.38fl.oz carrier oil.

Bath: add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath. 

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and benefit from steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as needed.

Pregnancy: Avoid using Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Rosemary & Vetiver. 
Store below 30c in a dry place away from sunlight.
